Some of the initial costs include, but are not limited to, the franchise fee, leasehold improvements, equipment, furniture and fixtures, lease deposit, floor plan design, initial classroom supplies, cameras and biometrics hardware, travel, accommodation and related expenses during training, staff wages, advertising, marketing and communication, insurance, permits and licences, accounting and legal services, start-up cash and insurance. A detailed list of start-up and operational expenses are provided as part of the franchise agreement and disclosure documents.
