Franchisees must be willing to participate in our corporate training program and accept a role as an owner/ non-operator, allowing the Director to manage day-to-day operations.
The franchisee will use our Braeview monitoring tools to monitor the business and discuss the status of business performance with the Director to ensure the management team is working in partnership toward a common objective.
